This official Everton shirt was worn by Leighton Baines for the FA Cup third-round replay against West Ham United at the Boleyn Ground in January 2015. Back in the side after missing the first game at Goodison, Baines played all 120 minutes as Everton battled through extra time with 10 men. When the tie went to penalties, he stepped up and scored in a shootout that ran to sudden death and 18 kicks.
The shirt comes from Baines' eighth year at Everton following his 2007 arrival from Wigan Athletic. His time at Goodison spanned 13 seasons, 420 appearances and 39 goals, an exceptional return for a left-back, with his delivery from the flank making him one of the most creative defenders the Premier League has seen.
